About Faux Glow

Faux Glow is the premiere airbrush tanning salon in NYC. Airbrush tanning is not a science, it's an art. The success of this art relies largely on who applies it.

Preparation Instructions for your appointment:

1) Get ready, if you need to wax or shave try to do it the day before. You can shave after as well, as needed. You will need to ex foliate in the shower before you come (do not use an oil based ex foliating scrub "sugar scrubs or salt scrubs" – this will leave a residue on the skin which can act as a barrier when we apply the product on your body).

2) Please don't put on any lotion. We want to get the product on to clean skin.

3) What about a manicure/pedicure... it's best to do it before the treatment. If you do it after, just wait until the next day or it will cause streaking.

4) Please bring something a little bit loose and dark to wear after your appointment as the color can rub off inside your clothes while it is setting. Please don't wear tight jeans/pants as they absorb the product from the skin.

Cancellation Policy

we have a 24 cancellation policy and require a credit card to hold all appointments (if they late cancel they will be charged the full price) - also if they are a no show they will be charged the full amount of the service.
